As a first time homeowner, I bought a condo that had not been updated in years. I had seen other units in the complex that were renovated quickly to sell. They looked nice at first glance, but the finishes were not my style, and once something is newly redone, it becomes hard to justify changing it again. Who writes reviews ?? - usually there are 2 types who does. 1) One who has something to complain and wants to have their voice heard. 2) the other who thinks that the business went above and beyond to deliver. Above and beyond - I don’t use these words lightly. Brother and Brother deserves every letter. We did our research but nothing can beat the word of mouth and personal reference from strangers, and there were a lot of them. Solid Remodeling Work We recently remodeled our house: new flooring throughout, a full master bathroom renovation, and several other updates. Had a good experience with Brother & Brother Builders. Adar, Brenda, Gabriel were very helpful. Julio and his crew were great, reliable and detail‑oriented. The work stayed almost on schedule, and the quality of the finished project is excellent. The new floors transformed the entire house, and the master bathroom looks like a spa. We are happy with the results and would recommend this team.
