Ray, Johan and Team (engineers, electricians, and others) helped update our ADU. From beginning to end the Team worked with our best interest in mind and on our behalf including multiple visits to the planning department to ensure planners understood the work. Also from beginning to final clean up and touch up, all went out of their way to ensure the project was completed as agreed and to our expectations -- Thank you. We used DevArt8 for updates to the main bath and kitchen of our (new-to-us) 1960s era home. The designer we worked with, Liran, brought her own ideas and expertise while still making the process flexible and collaborative. We bought a house in Willow Glen in September and about two weeks before our move-in date we discovered the kitchen basically needed to be redone from scratch. Not what we wanted to be dealing with. We interviewed 4 contractors for our Cupertino full home remodel.
