Horrible experience. Saving a couple dollars is not worth the headache you’re going to have and the quality of work that is the final product as well as the babysitting you’re gonna have to do the entire project. I did a remodel from plaster to pebble tech and covered the cool deck with travertine. The same day that the travertine was being set the crew was walking all over it, causing multiple days of having to replace the travertine that did not set and was loose. Look no further for your pool resurfacing or complete remodel. Budget Pool transformed my tired old pool into a beautiful showpiece. Pebblesheen and new edge water tiles. Pictures tell that story. But the rest of the story is the customer service. Superb communication. Always on time, always polite, as are the crews. Super important to me, they left no mess or debris at all. None. Would give 10 stars!! If you have done what most reviewers have done by getting multiple estimates, you absolutely will be amazed of how good this company is! Price was on point, and the speed and quality workmanship was absolutely amazing! All crews were on time, respectful and did an amazing job! Rex was amazing with great communication throughout the process. And they even worked with me on a payment schedule! Cannot be happier, they went above and beyond!! Rex and Tony knocked this out of the park, we ended up opting for some additional services, which changed the scope of work multiple times and they worked with us, still getting our remodel done in less than 2mo. From the start their crews were fast and efficient!
