Our pool startup was July 2021. We were very pleased with all aspects of the design and installation. About 2 years ago, a pool light needed replacement. Local retail pool stores couldn’t find any. I called Justin to see if he would sell me one and he said it was still under warranty. He replaced it and saved me about $1500. I just called Justin again about a control touchscreen that was not immediately available. He sent someone out and it was replaced in less than 4 hours. We can’t say enough good things about SoAz pools!! This is our second pool build with SoAz and they do not disappoint! The yard and pool are amazing! We contacted them in February and our yard was a blank slate. We let them know what we wanted then Steve and his crew transformed it into something we couldn’t have imagined! We had SoAz install our pool little over a year ago. I think I stated on previous post that I was pleased with the efficiency and timing of installation. The crew was like a well oiled machine. This review is about service after the sale one year later. Our auto refill mechanism went bad and Braun came out and replaced it. I left a message on Sunday night and he was at our house on Monday! Southern Arizona was a dream to work with from the very beginning. Justin even came out before our house was finished being built so that we could get on the schedule as soon as it was finished. The design options that he sent over were awesome and very easy to adjust so that we could get exactly what we wanted l, all while remaining in budget.
