We built a pool and spa with them (completed in October 2024) and the experience was good. Our pool and spa are beautiful, works as designed, and we regularly get compliments. During our build we recommended them to our best friends who then also built a pool and spa with them. They have had issues with their heater, but they were able to work with Valley Oasis to get a replacement after some time and effort. Their pool and spa is also beautiful. Valley Oasis did a fantastic job for our family, from the initial meet with their sales rep Alex Popov, through the final walk through, their team met or exceeded all our expecations. Our pool and patio area turned out lovely, our family is thrilled to make our backyard a true desert oasis! Valley Oasis did an excellent job turning our backyard from a dirt lot to an actual backyard paradise. Alex took our ideas and created an amazing design and all the crews were respectful and efficient. Highly recommend if you want your dream to become real life.

My wife and I just had the best experience with Valley Oasis! We were looking to upgrade our backyard because it was a desolate patch of dirt with a group of 7 mesquite trees. Valley Oasis was the only company we researched who could do all the things we needed without having to deal with multiple contractors. Alex or salesman was fantastic. *Updated 1 year later: we have some loose tiles and they will not come out to fix them. We’ve called them so many times. You pay $100K+ later and expect a little better. Overall, we are pleased with Valley’s work of building our pool/spa. They were able to execute the design we wanted and the pool is beautiful. Most of the crews that came in were very professional (packed out their trash, closed the gates when they left, etc).
