Captain Pools is honestly one of the best companies I've worked with. They are very reliable and have helped our Hilton Garden Inn hotel stay perfect for our guests to use. They not only resurfaced our pool and spa but also added a new heater and fixed many repairs with minimal downtime. I really appreciate Lucas and his team for working with us and genuinely caring for our pool. Special shout out to Albert, Sam and Tasha for being the best!

I’ve been using Captain Pool for all my pool needs for over 5 years and I’ve always received exceptional service from every technician that’s been out working on my pool including Scott who came out today to clean the filters. Great job Scott!

Lucas and the whole team at Captain Pools are great! I've been working with Captain Pools for about 4 years now. They do weekly cleanings at my personal home and airbnbs. I've hired them for several jobs over the years from new pebble tech, new filters, new pumps, pool heater installation, automation system, cool decking and many other maintenance related jobs. They're very fast, responsive and have great prices. I will continue to use them on my personal home and all of my future real estate projects. Regardless of what your pool needs they will take care of you.

These guys came highly recommended to resurface my pool from a landscaping company I was going to have do another big project at my home. Even though they came in quite a bit higher I took the recommendation and that was my mistake. The overall experience was horrible and you should avoid. Delayed schedules, horrible communication, contractors showing up when they weren't supposed to and entering my yard unannounced, rummaging through stuff in my yard, re-installing things in the wrong places..I could go on and on. Back in January of this year, I had Captain Pools change out my old sand filter for a cartridge type filter and they did a very good job with that. Over the last couple of months though, I had noticed that the union fitting on top of the pump was leaking a little water during pump operation. Although I don't like ANY leaks, I kept putting it off. Several days ago I called Captain Pools and asked them if they could look at it.
