AVOID CARDINAL POOL AT ALL COSTS! We hired then to do chemical maintenance on our swim spa while we were gone for 3 months. Upon return, we lifted the cover and found that all of our metal/steel components were rusted and pitted. The rust was so bad that it was dripping down the sides of the fiberglass wall, into the water. Tad was defensive and told me that this was not their problem but a manufacture issue (not so, the damage was caused by a chemical reaction). The tech noticed the rust and never reported it to the office or to me (I have before and after pics). The tech did not turn on…

I just want to say that I love my techs that clean my pool. Melissa and David work really hard my pool always looks great and if there's a issue I can always count on Melissa for the best price and very fast response time. I always recommend Cardinal pools to all my friends and family thank you again for the wonderful service.

I just want to say I love Cardinal pool service. Thank you Tad for sending Melissa and David to diagnose and repair my pool. Very professional. The price was more than fair I wish I could give them a million stars. Thank you again to Tad, Melissa and David. I'll be recommending to all my friends and family.

I highly recommend using a different company. The service (which was none) was unprofessional and not ok. Also, the communication with Tad and his team was confusing. They tried to say there services and pricing had changed but I had records of showing them no it didn't. This was a terrible experience with no resolution other than them taking our $. Pic was after the tech left. Plus our Tabs were out. Again, not the service we paid for.

I wish I read the other reviews on here. At first service was good, but then I noticed after a while the technician would leave "sorry I missed you" notes. At first they promised to credit my account but they never did. They were nice at first. Then the technician did it two more times even after I gave them multiple ways to access the pool. I think the tech isn't really motivated to do the work, and he knows that if he just shows up then he will be paid. Not much effort to try to access the pool. If they can't figure out 4 ways to enter then something isn't right. Twice they came and didn…

I just want to say I love Melissa she is always so knowledgeable my pool always looks so nice. If you need a good pool company I recommend Cardinal pool service. I'm elderly and since I found such a great company I am lucky I have never had better service. Very professional. I will always recommend Cardinal pool service. Honest and reliable. Thank you so much for everything.

It's unfortunate that I can't give zero stars; one will have to suffice. Avoid this business at all costs.
