We have been so happy with our pool build. Caribbean was a delight to work with. They gave us a schedule before the build began and we were able to follow it and see when things were happening. They came when they said they would and are still very responsive if we ever have questions. Jake was our sales guy and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are getting bids to have a pool installed, give him a call.

This was our first experience with owing a pool and Caribbean made it very easy and user friendly. They were very transparent about the process and the timeline and they communicated with me every step of the way. The quality of the work is top notch, and they stand behind their work. We had a couple of minor cosmetic problems and they responded quickly to fix them, with no hassle. Pools are a major investment and piece of mind is important. Caribbean is the place to go for quality work

Caribbean Pools and Spa. Where do I start? I recently purchased my first home, and of course having a pool is a must. I researched several pool companies, but ultimately chose Caribbean Pools. Jason was good during the design phase. After that, we signed and were ready to start building. I would highly recommend choosing Caribbean Pools & Spas to build your pool. They were really great to work with. Jeff came out to the house and met with me, I shared with him my thoughts and ideas, he shared with me his recommendations, and then he sent over a competitive quote and several digital (color) renderings of what the pool would look like when completed. Don't use this company if you want to get along with your neighbors. They have repeatedly blocked my driveway while building our neighbors pool. As you can see in the photo there is plenty of room on the street for them to park and not to block our driveway.

This is my second pool with Caribbean Pools & Spas and I am so glad I used them again. Everyone from the sales staff, scheduling team, and service team were incredible. It was easy to get questions answered in a timely manner, and they kept the process moving along. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. If I ever need another pool, I'd use them again.

This is our second pool with Caribbean Pools and Spas, Inc (CPS). Jake was great at listening to our design ideas and making them come to life. Britney and Kathi did a great job of keep us abreast of the scheduling. Each team worked efficiently and timely to complete their portions and handed the baton to the next team.
