I rarely write reviews, because it is hard to find a contractor that you can depend on. Mark and his guys did an exceptional job on our new pool build. Once we got the permits, the start to finish with water in the pool was just a bit over 2 1/2 months! They were very clean professional, and easy to work with. Heath was amazing and we are so happy we had them do our pool. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our family has rented a home in Gilbert, Arizona twice since 2024. No Limit Pools & Spas services the pool for us. They are amazing!! Specifically, Devin. He really cares about his employer and doing the best job possible for their customers. He wants to know that we are happy. I know he's an employee, but he takes his job very seriously as if he were the owner! He's so polite and respectful. Our dogs Simon and Sammy LOVE him and greet him every week when he arrives. We contacted No Limits Pools to help us design and build our dream backyard, from the initial contact to the time the pool was filled with water they did exactly as promised. The crew was professional, very clean workmanship and very knowledgeable. If I ever need to build another pool No Limits Pools will be my only call as they exceeded our expectations every step of the way.

Great customer service, quality work, excellent timeline! That is how we would describe our experience with No Limit Pools. After buying our house, building a pool was our number one priority. We researched a few companies, but what drew us to No Limit Pools was their positive reviews. After meeting Dave, it was no surprise why customers had positive things to say. I received quotes from about 6 different companies prior to selecting No Limit. No Limit was competitive with everyone else and also had a significantly reduced construction timeline (10-12 weeks when everyone else told me about 12 months!) No Limit delivered a beautiful pool within the promised timeline. We signed our contract in late April and were swimming in our pool by July! They were very responsive and always kept me in the loop during each phase of the process. Building a pool is a big project, but I wouldn't hesitate about using No Limit again.

Unfortunately, despite the name “No Limits” we experienced there were plenty of limits to create our custom pool. We requested a beach entry, and a step going around the perimeter of the pool. We requested the step be a sand color, and the pool a blue color. We were met with defiance at both of these, with Mark stating “You will hate the beach entry” which had more to do with Marks unresolved experience, of which we did not share because we have had positive experiences with a beach entry. James did such an amazing job turning our backyard grotto into a crystal clear oasis!! He came back several days in a row to check on it, retreat it, vacuum it, and adjust the filter settings. I’m so thankful for the amazing service and feel at ease having set up the weekly visits. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
