Caribbean crew is highly professional. Mark and his team pay close attention to detail. From the initial sales call to pool build to weekly service, they are experts who take great pride in their product and service. They do it all including hardscape which is my favorite part! Highly recommend them.

Caribbean Blue Pools saved me! We were in a bad situation with our original pool company and Mark and his team came to our rescue. I spoke to Mark on a Friday morning and the next day he was at our house with an excavator ready to work. Mark is not only responsive, he is friendly and kind. I truly believe I gained a friend after working with Mark. I highly recommend Carribean Blue Pools to anyone who is looking for a high quality pool experience!

Not alot I can say here about the team at Caribbean. From the moment I met the team for my estimate I knew they were the team for the job. Super responsive through the process, very professional, great at handling any issues/changes we wanted and of course the pool came out INCREDIBLE. I opened my pool and my motor blew. My cousin referred me to this company who is repairing his pool. My pool was green, stinking and I needed help ASAP. I called 3 other pool companies prior to this one and this one was the only one who gave me a straight answer on what I needed, they didn’t try to upsell me on other things, and they came out the next day. All the others took a day or two to respond, they tried to schedule me a week out in advance and said I needed all these other things instead of just a motor replacement. Glad I found this company and I will only use them from now on.
