The concept of buying and having a hot tub installed in my home was appealing and frightening to me. The professionals at West Rock namely Adam one and Adam two were there every step of the way they guided us through preparations of the hot tub spot as well as the electrician who we could contract with, and we’re really supportive, even when we didn’t know what we were doing. I cannot say enough of how amazing Ian, Angel and the entire team at Westrock Pools are. I had a HUGE list of problems when I opened my pool this year and I needed re-piping and a heater and Westrock pools got everything done quickly and it looks better and runs better than it ever did before. I am so happy I found them this year and will never trust anyone else with my pool ever again. 5 stars is not enough

Purchased a hot tub from west rock. Very knowledgable staff , no pressure sales tactics, easy to talk to team, they translate hot tub terms into easy to understand concepts Their technician helped walk me through the correct wiring and conversion to 240 Delivery scheduling and process was simple Recommend this team and company , never felt like they didn’t have my interests first Thanks Adam

Ran into Westrock last minute for a gift for my sister. Foam raft, had a nice selection. Great, friendly staff. Came to checkout and apparently I had made an error in the pricing. The gentleman behind the counter ( owner?) gave me the amount that I thought it was. So nice, he didn't have to do that. It was about a $40 difference. Thank you, hard to find decent people anymore. ❤️👍

Don’t waste your time! I inquired online about a stealth pool. Adam asked us to drive to the showroom 45 minutes in order to get any information. We paid a babysitter, drive 45 minutes each way, and sent him our survey… during our visit he verbally gave us pricing and options reluctantly. He didn’t want to give pricing- I had to ask and he was almost taken back that I asked! He committed to sending in writing and also to sending details for financing - never sent! I did not have the receipt, and I fully understood that this might limit the return options to store credit or no return at all, which I was prepared to accept.
