Been working with CoolPool for six years consistently. Three staff members have been particularly helpful. Lauren, is intelligent and capable and has wonderful customer service skills. Michel, our service point of communication is quick to respond as well. On the service and mechanical side of things, Sal and Pedro Both very respectful and kind. Like interacting with any company and especially something that’s mechanical and water base. Cool Pool did an outstanding job transforming our backyard with an updated pool, new plastering and beautiful tiling. We had a very tight deadline to get our pool open for the season, and their team worked tirelessly to make it happen. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. They were reliable, responsive, and truly cared about delivering a beautiful result. We couldn’t be happier with the finished project and highly recommend Cool Pool.
