Our thanks to Tammy, Kirk, Brett and the Carolina Creation Team for helping us realize our backyard vision. Tammy helped us optimize the pool and features while Kirk and Brett partnered to make sure the project flowed with little to no downtime, coordinating the many activities across trades and inspectors. Brett kept the lead after installation proactively addressing a minor heater/chiller issue. CCL was recommended to us, and after experiencing their work firsthand we are happy to echo this recommendation.

Choosing a company to build a pool for you? Carolina Creations should be your first choice. I did a lot of research as this was my first pool. They were helpful from beginning to end. The experience was A+. Using a contractor to build anything can be stressful, but the Carolina Creations team was honest and helpful throughout the whole process. Pool business must be amazing to never even respond back to potential customers. Emailed several times with no response or call, with the exception of 1 email back advising the sales lady would call that afternoon, and she never did. Then randomly get an email back saying I should visit the sales lady at her vendor event to chat about my large backyard project I was planning to do (Pool, landscape, spa, fire pit, kitchen , pergola). You would think a project of this scope would have at least been a 1 to 1 meeting? In the same email she tells me (and still have not had one conversation with the…

I called to ask about seasonal yard cleanup and was immediately shut down by the employee who answered the phone. She said they were about to start the season for their contract customers, thanked me for calling, and quickly ended the conversation. What was surprising is that there were no additional questions about what I needed or whether I might be interested in regular service going forward. For a “sales department”, she did not try to sell me any service. First impressions matter, and this interaction made it clear there was little interest in speaking with a potential new customer. I am giving them a 5 star! They are so amazing with talent and customer service. I would recommend them to anyone commercial or residential for landscape or pool services. They did our pool at work and man was it beautiful. The team listens to us with any concerns that we have and rectifies them immediately. Great job!
