Our screened in porch turned out great and we highly recommend Southern Leisure Builders. We interviewed others but after meeting with Cory G, were able to put together a deal we were happy with. The company assisted and provided the documents for our HOA approval, which was greatly appreciated. Once the work began, all moved steadily, and along with required inspections, the structure and electrical work was done without a hitch. The workman were all very professional and did a fine job. Everyone from Gary, Jessica, Michelle, to Brittany were so professional, knowledgeable, and they did a great job of keeping us up to date on the building schedule . Due to COVID, this project was pretty lengthy. However, 5 years after the installation, we are still loving the screened in porch! It Was a great addition to the house. We replaced our sliding glass patio door with French doors, stamped and died concrete to make it look like wood. Even added doggy doors! The Southern Leisure Builders team did a great job and did not disappoint! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Excellent company to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. Southern Leisure has completed two projects for us, a stamped/stained concrete patio and recently a conversion of a screened in room to a 3 season room with vertical vinyl windows. When the 2019 storm hit, our roof was compromised. We hired Southern Leisure based upon reviews and those reviews definitely agreed with our experience. Their team showed up ready to work and completed the job in one day. The price was reasonable. The product was quality. The sales crew and labor crew were professional in every way. Other than the door closer unit braking loose from the wall, we have no problems even after five years. Repair cost around $30 for parts and took about 30 minutes to repair. Workmanship was excellent, taking less than 6 hours for installation. It still looks new. We are pleased with the resulting screened patio. It gives us an outstanding bug free area to relax in.
