I can’t recommend Central Florida Home and Pools enough!! We bought our home in March and already came in knowing we had to resurface the pool. Bryan came and checked everything out and turns out all the equipment was broken and the pool had not been running for a very long time. We then get the project started and came across several leaks and other issues that we had to fix. Bryan was great the whole time and was honest with us when it came down to discussing what needed to be fixed. If anyone needs to fix their pool or need a new pool I would recommend this business! I would highly recommend hiring this company for any pool and deck work. I dealt directly with John and Ben, who were great. When I first contacted John, he came out the same day and spent 2 hours going over the project and giving us suggestions. John was polite, understanding, and always available to take my call to discuss our project. They did an amazing job and I cannot recommend them enough.

Bryan was very professional, informative, and got the job done quicker than I anticipated. Every question was answered in a timely manner and he explained anything I did not understand. My pool was a big project and his crew handled it well. It had leaks, finish falling off and tile that was done poorly. His crew took it down to its original shell, redid the tile work perfectly and got my pool up and running for my family in a matter of weeks! We are more than pleased with the quality and beauty of their work! I Would recommend to friends and family any day!

We recently moved into a new construction home and could not be happier with the pool and service provided by Bryan at CFLHP. From start to finish he was professional, friendly, and gave us a realistic timeline for completion (10-12 weeks). We shopped around other pool companies before choosing CFLHP, and it was a great decision. They were competitive with their pricing and they delivered a high-quality final product. I highly recommend CFLHP.

About 3 months ago I asked for recommendations for pool builders. We interviewed four local companies and ended up going with Bryan Gurney and Central Florida Homes and Pools. He worked with us thru the design and got us everything that we were looking for at a price we were comfortable with. He was also the person that managed the project from start to finish. Anytime I had a question or needed something he was very quick to respond. Abysmal ownership, accountability, and communication. Extremely poor project management and follow through. Below average workmanship and finished product. Every phase of the project took much longer than promised and several phases had to be redone multiple times due to poor workmanship, quality, and not passing inspection.

Never got the service. Didn’t get though the initial process of making an appointment because of no response then a rude response which included them not wanting my business. Not sure who I chatted with but I would have to be treated a little better for me to give my money to for a service.

From the beginning communication was great, scheduling was fast and easy, and the job was completed within a week, and looks amazing.
