I had JC pools install my pool earlier this year. I am very happy I chose to use them for the project. The entire process was fantastic. I really like working with family companies which they are! John and the team are very friendly and skilled at what they do. I really couldn't explain properly how thrilled we are and how excited we have been to use the new pool. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new pool. Thank you!

Totally dissatisfied with J.C Pools. I purchased my new home in 2023 and received documents from the homeowner that J.C Pools put in the pool. Well the homeowner did not take care of the pool and I was looking to have the pool repaired. I had then called J.C Pools because they were familiar with this pool (wish I would have gone somewhere else). The owner came out and had an attitude like the damaged pool was our fault as we explained we just purchased the property. Total experience was horrible. Absolutely perfect experience. Outside of the pool being beautiful, this company is a dream to work with. They were quick to come on site for a consult, then helped design every bit of detail of the pool itself. They have endless knowledge so they knew exactly how to deliver what we envisioned. When construction began, they were on time, quick, and professional. Even after the pool was done, they were eager to help with any questions or minor issues we had. JC Pools did an outstanding job installing our pool. John's expertise is very helpful in all aspects of the build. Everyone in the company is on board, they follow the timeline given, they complete the work within the timeline, there are no hidden costs as everything is outlined before they start, and when you go to their store for products, they know you and your pool. J.C Pools always a pleasure to deal with. Good people, knowledgeable very willing to help answer any questions I have. The prices are better than any place around. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Best place for all your pool needs! All of the staff is always friendly and helpful and has what you need. Katie is amazing and always has all the answers. They are so knowledgeable about everything pool.

my granson went in there with his dad yesterday and their dogs attacked him. only 2 years old and was bit in the face and hand. luckily my son in law grabbed him up before it was worse. they are not taking responsibility and still let the dogs free roam the store. hes not the first child they have went at. absolutely disgraceful... they lied and said he fell on the dog. even if he did, which he did not, the dog should not lunge for a childs face. they are off leash and clearly reactive. hes only 2. witnesses were there that back our story. do not go to this store.
