Absolutely 5 star experience from Chapman Wilson, couldn’t recommend them enough if you’re looking to get a pool. Robbie in sales laid out the entire process from start to finish and answered all our questions. Chris and his construction crew had the pool up in no time.

I had to get my vinyl liner replaced for my in ground pool. I decided to go with Chapman Wilson, and have no regrets. Billy was very knowledgeable and was able to give me an estimate on the spot. There were no hidden gimmicks And everything was done exactly as discussed. Tony, AJ, and Daniel did an amazing job. They went the extra mile did everything professionally without cutting any corners. The new liner fits like a champ and looks better than ever.

I want to thank Chapman Wilson for a great job for installing my pool liner. My pool was damaged through a storm that tossed our Canopy Swing into the pool and tore our liner. Billy Nichols our salesman, came and gave the estimate for our insurance company and was so informative. The entire team was professional from beginning to the completion. I have thought about this for a weak now, and I could not decide how few stars I wanted to give Chapman-Wilson. It was between 1 and 3 stars. I decided on 2 stars because I am really hurt by this interaction. Just to preface, I purchased a spa from them in Dec and was very happy and satisfied with the entire process. Chapman Wilson has been servicing my in-ground pool for about 4 years now so figured it was time to leave a review hahaha. They open and close it every year and maintain it weekly during the summer. The service techs have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Whenever I have a problem they have been quick to come out and get it fixed ASAP. The office ladies are very nice as well and they provide almost anything in their showroom you would need for your pool. Angela whom I spoke to about some improper work done by Chapman Wilson In 2018 ( they cut our sewer line when installing a new skimmer line) , was very dismissive, rude, and refused to let me talk to anyone knowledgeable about the issue. Mind you, I never even suggested they do the repair for free, but she didn’t even give me a chance to say it. So she said she would send a letter with the original contract. Very sad thing that since David Chapman passed away, this company has gone to hell. He would have spoken to me about it like the great man he was.

I paid this company multiple times for a cleaning which was never done correctly, I had to keep calling them to clean the sand from the bottom of the pool. Then they said I may need a sand change which i told them to go ahead and paid to have that done, they said the laterals would have to be replaced which I also paid for. The pool was closed for the winter and just opened a week ago, I told them when everything was turned back on that sand was coming into the bottom of the pool again, and they claimed that my “warranty” on the sand change ended 6/18. First of all, full disclosure, this review is not about Chapman Wilson as a whole. It’s about someone they employ who calls himself The Pool Guy (even says he’s poaching customers to try to start his own side business). His name is Daniel Roberts, and I trusted him to move and set up my above ground pool that I paid $816 for.
