tried 2 time's to get them to order me 6 inch drain covers they never called never ordered or couldn't find them. A run around. then I needed a sub box for my pool heater they couldn't help me but said they could sell me another heater didn't need a new heater. Crooks

I saw their advertisement on FB well before lunch & made an appointment for 330pm. I adjusted my schedule and waiting. 345 pm, I called to get an update & ETA. They did not know where the rep was, it was a no call & no show. The gentlemen were nice & asked to reschedule appointment; however I no longer want to work with this company. Someone should have reached out.

Needed replacement hoses for an above ground pool. Found the exact size, and very good quality. However, one of them had a small pin-sized hole that couldn't be seen. The staff was extremely helpful, swapped out the faulty hose with no problem. Not a major issue, but woudn't hesitate to recommend them!
