Outstanding job. Southlake Pools just completed a full renovation (replaster, tile, coping, mastic) of our community pool in Southlake and it looks great. Their team was quick, cleaned up the work area and completed all items in the contract without reminders. A+ job

First time I've used Southlake Pools. I selected them based on their excellent ratings on the web and they did not let me down. They Called to schedule their appointment, showed up on time and quickly resolved the problem that was driving me nuts. Very efficient and courteous. Will definitely use them again. We have used Southlake Pools for years for pool maintenance and repairs and we are very happy with their service! They are very responsive and always quick to schedule our service call to repair any leaks and address any pump issues. This is a business with a lot of integrity! I have used Southlake pools for 20 years and have never been disappointed. They always respond quickly and do a great job at a fair price. Tyler has done 2 recent repairs on my system- broken PVC pipe and installed new Polaris pump- and I am extremely pleased with his work & professionalism.

I bought a pool heater from Southlake Pools and it's out of warranty since it has been 7 years. I had Southlake Pools send their service person and he determined it was the Versa Flo. They even sent me the cost along with labor to replace this part for 1,056.39. The kicker is that this part the versa flo is NOT even on this heater. I have called asking for the owner to return my call. No response. I finally spoke to his sister and she confirmed that the service person who came to my home was the best she had and he wasn't aware that a versa Flo is not on the heater that he inspected for over a…
