Do not give this Grandma & Grandpa your money. Hired to do a one time pool cleaning. Brushed our pool and didn’t touch the vacuum. Went out and bought chemicals to put in that we already had at home. Said verbatim that their *service fee is charged even if they don’t touch the pool, just for coming to look at the pool* and providing their “expertise” … LOL. They didn’t provide any information we didn’t already know and we can confidently say that the condition of our pool is 100% worse after their visit. We just had our second experience with Clear Water and it was excellent once again! Thomas came out and fixed our plumbing, pump and valve issues all in one pop. The guy even came earlier than we expected. On top of that, they are just nice people. Prices are fair and the work is top-notch. We will be customers for life! Wish I could give them 10 stars :)

They cleaned our pool and said they couldn’t finish cause our pool pump needed to be turned on ( they could have done that. I paid they $175, said they had to come back the next day and finish and I said fine cause I already paid them. Then they charged me another $175 the next day. I would have never had them come back if I knew they where going to charge me again. Lastly they did a horrible job of cleaning the bottom of the pool, I honestly couldn’t even tell they did anything. They said they bought a bunch of chemicals that I already had at the house.
