We had our pool installed by C2C and it was the most seamless and well orchestrated process ever. From design to permits and shovels to swimming they handled everything quickly and efficiently. When out landscaper hit our pool pump and broke it, we contacted Mackenzie to have it repaired. She had someone out same day to evaluate the repair and it was fixed the next day! They understand customer service not only during the sale but after too!

I had a great experience working with the entire Coast to Coast staff from beginning to end. Larry was very helpful with the design, Ryan communicated the steps and was there throughout the process. All of the contractors were prompt and completed their steps in a very timely manner. We are very happy with the end product and would highly recommend working with Coast to Coast on a new pool.

In a vast sea of swimming pool contractors and service companies in Florida, Coast to Coast Pools stands out as amongst the very best. Service is always prompt, a friendly person always answers the phone (no AI or multiple button clicks with an automated answer service) and the quality of the work is superior. Our pool has needed some upkeep over the years, and Mackenzie and Jody in the Service Department have consistently delivered excellent results at fair prices. As a bonus, this company staffs Military Veterans and is friendly to Veterans that they service. Excellent experience.

Coast to Coast Pools has been great to us for the first year of having our pool. I recently had an issue with one of my fountains and Mackenzie was able to have someone come out and fix it for us. She has been great to work with. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Purchased a new home that had a pool installed by Coast to Coast. They could not have been more professional or helpful. Mackenzie in the office was pleasant and accommodating and Jody was out to my pool three times including a "pool school" and he was AMAZING. Excellent instruction and made sure we understood everything. I will absolutely work with Jody again!

This is the second time we have used Coast to Coast pool for our new pool build. Recently I contacted them regarding a faulty spa jet. I spoke to Mackenzie regarding the issue. After walking me through some trouble shooting, she sent out a technician to look at the pool. She was very understanding and worked quickly to get our problem corrected. The pool technician, Tony, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the issue was (simple clogged screen) and fixed it. My spa is working good as new. Thank you Mackenzie and Tony.
