Justin recently serviced our pool heater following a resurfacing project where debris created an operational fault. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and resolved the problem quickly. In addition, I had my original controls updated by Justin. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend On-Time Pools for maintenance and servicing of pool equipment.

On-Time pool is exactly that. I can count on Ted to be here at the same time each week. Makes it easy for planning get togethers or enjoying the pool without a "pop in" from a vendor. Anytime I have a concern, it is addressed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this company!

The team at On Time pool service are great. They are professional and on just like they said in their business name. Extremely knowledgeable about pool and helpful. If I could give them higher i would. Now I had call 4 other places and it took a week just to return my call . On time answer the and give you clear communication on what they can do . Most others don’t even bother answering the phone .

Hands down a wonderful experience. We shopped no less than six companies for replacement of our pool pump, conversion to salt water, and switch from solar to a heat pump. Up front, On-Time was not the least expensive; however field technician Justin in his explanation of the process and equipment as well as his demeanor as well as that of the company staff (Jason, Leslie, Suzanne, and Sherie) made this an easy decision. The technician Justin arrived and was personable and professional. He assessed the situation and immediately knew what the problem was. He explained what happened and how it happened. Justin gave me great feedback and solutions. His knowledge of the system was excellent. I highly recommend Justin and On Time Pool Service.

On Time provided excellent service once again. Jason sent Justin out for a repair on our pump and he quickly assessed the issue and got things ordered and up and working in a few days. Nice to have such a reliable group working for the care of our pool. Nick has beeen great performing our weekly service too! Highly recommend!

Definitely showed up on time but thats it. No scrubbing and not very good at balancing the pool chemicals. Complained, then finally let them go. Not once did they ever express concern. With a brand new pool, it was upsetting.

After reaching out following my review, I feel On-Time has adequately addressed our concerns promptly and throughly. We had several team members over to clean the pool initially and the training has been improved, resulting in a much cleaner pool. On-Time Pools was exceptional in taking care of upgrading, repairing and renovating our pool. We have never owned a pool before and just purchased a home that had a pool that we were renovating. They were fair in their pricing and took the time to not only fix things but to teach us how each system worked. The quality of the work was top notch. We had a leak repaired, saltwater conversion, system repair (paramount pool), drain and acid wash. Our project manager, David, was beyond great. Just an all-around nice guy. Highly recommend!
