We had a great experience with our Indigo pool build in all aspects (sales, construction management, project management, pool operations, etc). Jeff, the project manager was excellent in keeping us informed all along the way and was always responsive to all our questions during the process. We are very happy we chose Indigo Pool!

We are so glad that we decided to buy locally then from any online sites for our pool ledge lounges. The staff was very helpful by showing us the different models with the pros and cons of each one. I went in specifically to buy one type ended up with something completely different. It was very helpful being able to see and sit in the chairs before buying them. Purchasing locally is one benefit, customer service is another benefit that we were shown from Indigo pools!! I highly recommend visiting their store in the Venice area.

This is our first pool and had no idea what we were doing only what friends had shared with us. Indigo Pools was Instrumental in the design/planning and explained step by step plan from beginning to completion. Communication throughout the process was excellent keeping us posted as steps were scheduled to begin and response times were above exceptional. We had direct access to everyone from the field project manager to the front office. Project was completed within the time frame discussed. We love our pool and highly recommend Indigo Pools.

Our pool and our outdoor kitchen was done by this company. The pool is fantastic experience. They were good, they solved issues. Overall good experience. That’s why we decided to go with them for the outdoor kitchen. Kitchen is complete opposite. Stay away at all costs. Its overpriced to begin with. And I was assuming I’m going to get a service that’s why we went with them. Building process was completely horrible. Not responsive to emails, calls, texts. They made endless mistakes. Very nice store! Great choice and inventory of grills and smokers! Chrissy was great and very knowledgeable of the different grills and options. Rod did a fantastic job with the install. Thank you and look forward to using the new grill.

Never use this arogant guy , he looks promising at beginning but when you have problem with pool , water to low or is just simply cloudy and dirty is never his fold . He doesn’t respect you and doesn’t respond to your phones or text he is to good for you, you stay by your self with problems . We had to clean the pool and add water multiple times because he told us he all ready did his job . Beside he change very high price for changing filer and to do anything us . If you ask him please come and clean the pool because is dirty he is telling with his terrible attitude NOT I am not coming!!! So…

Our experience started off well during the sales process, but things went downhill once construction began. One of the first issues we encountered was that the dimensions provided during sales did not accurately reflect what was ultimately built.
