Cody Pools was wonderful to work with. The sales process was smooth and informative; Alex came out and reviewed our wants and needs and then came up with a personalized design within days. He even included our dog lying on the porch in the design. We received multiple designs initially, and then he revised it several times with different add-ons and subtractions we had after reviewing it. The install was a great experience as well. We had a wonderful experience with Cody Pools from start to finish! Our pool supervisor, Reed Goetz, and our pool designer, Alex Robbins, were truly outstanding. After deciding to get a pool and after a lot of research, we decided to go with Cody Pools in Katy. Alex was our designer and he really listened to our vision and designed a pool that not only fit our weird backyard but was beautiful and unique. Once we moved on to the construction process, our project manager Reed was amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the job done on our swimming pool. The whole team demonstrated outstanding professionalism and attention to detail from start to finish. When I got my water analysis from the vendors that test my water, they told me that I had to drain 50% of my pool in order to get rid of the problem that I have, which my CYA was too high. I call the maintenance department for Cody Pools and told them that I had to drain my pool. They told me that they will send me instructions for using the pump for the drainage of the pool or using a sump pump. This review is almost 2 years overdue as Alex and Reed finished our project in October 2024. However, I caught myself thinking recently how much I enjoy the backyard and felt a review was needed. The entire process of the build, they were extremely attentive and always willing to make last minute changes without any hassle. I can’t imagine that is the norm. I am extremely ocd and particular to say the least and can be difficult at times, but very appreciative of how helpful they were along the way. Outstanding, old fashioned, cognizant attention to customer satisfaction from beginning to end. This is our first pool, and the finished product is everything we hoped it would be.
