Hands down the best experience from the beginning. Luis was our designer and made the process of picking each piece simple and low stress. Jonathan was our builder and his team was there when he said they would be. I didn’t have to worry about them taking long breaks or not doing quality work. There was a couple things that didn’t look the way I expected and both Jonathan and Luis listened and made my vision work. I would highly recommend Cody!

Cody built my pool one year ago and I held off writing a review because I wanted to make sure there were no surprises. They delivered as promised in a big way from design and sales with Rob Stefanic to construction with Miguel Martinez and even the warranty department takes care of business. A class act that I would do over again knowing what I know now. Friends and family love our beautiful pool, hot tub and deck area. Thank you Cody team for a job well done.

Our pool and outdoor kitchen was just completed, and we could not be happier! Luis created a beautiful plan for our pool, and Brandon perfectly executed it! Communication was great, and the construction was incredibly efficient. We are thrilled with the final result!

Read this before signing anything!! I built my pool during covid in 2020. It is now developing major cracks everywhere with white leaching. I sent pictures to them and was told it was ASR from the warranty department in an email,. A defective mixer for the concrete when it was built by one of their contractors. I followed up to see if I could get that confirmed. I was told in an email that they would fix it if it were ASR, but no one ever came to look at it, I’m now told that if it isn’t leaking they will send no one out and it’s not under warranty. I am supposed to live with cracks around the…

one of your drivers out there ignoring stop signs. get off your phone and don't put others at risk. shameful. It was at the 4 way intersection of Encino Rio and Encino Ledge, right at the EZ mart, approximately 10-15 before I posted this review. He was heading East and I was facing West turning left. Even though I honked he never looked up or around or paused just kept driving like he was the only person on the road. I called your Fleet manager and it went to voicemail.

Our pool construction experience was Cody Pools was outstanding. From our incredible Sales Rep (Luis Alcazar) to our exemplary pool construction boss (Jon Wilson), these two guys are awesome. We received constant updates, informed decision making and most of all, our pool was built in a miraculous amount of time that enabled our summer to kick off with splash. We are very happy and more importantly, our grandkids are happy. What a great experience and I would highly recommend Cody Pools for your next pool.
