Amazing service! Jacob was out today replacing my pool pump. So impressed with how efficient and honest he was. Took the time to explain everything before, during and after. Installation was perfect. He then stayed to reprogram everything and to make sure everything was working properly. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you for the amazing service Jacob!

Wow…Jacob Martinez is the “Best of the Best”! After a thunderstorm caused mechanical/electrical issues with my pool operation, Jacob did a fantastic job troubleshooting and correcting my inoperable swimming pool just in time for Memorial Day weekend. He was cordial, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the problems and the repair process along the way. I also appreciated how flexible and accommodating he was in coordinating service around my busy work schedule. His Herculean efforts as a pool maintenance guru were greatly appreciated. Gary’s Pools is a great long established company in the greater San Antonio area. This is our third pool with them in 30 years. They recently sent a technician, Chris Stribling, to our home to replace a pool light. Excellent job and with a smile. Remember, they’re a big operation and like most craftsmen these days they’re strapped for time and people. So be patient. They do what they say they’re going to do. Bravo!

i pondered whether i should write another bad review. The first one i did, i received a call from them trying to fix the problem in exchange for my removing their negative rating so i graciously did. Continuing with the same leak issues, i've being given different info. It's as if their workers don't know what they are doing and just talk as if they do know. Long story short, they sent me an $8000 skimmer quote. I got another quote from another company which was 50% cheaper. Gary called to follow up & i told them i received a better price. Never want Amarius at my house or near my family again and have made that well known to Gary Pools. The fact that he remains on staff is concerning. He lied and said he serviced our pool fully (chemicals, brushing, cleaning, skimming). We have a ring and the notifications were really quick, so I checked our cameras and he was in and out in last than 6 minutes. Then, a couple hours later when I got home I checked the baskets and chemicals. Nothing had been added. I called and spoke to the manager who had him come back out.
