Freddie was highly recommended to us by a friend who was very satisfied. Freddie was very attentive and very easy to get a hold of he responded right away. Roger and I highly recommend Freddie to anyone looking to get a pool. A very great pool representative! If I could rate Gary’s, and in particular Freddie, 10 stars, I would. They have been absolutely fantastic to work with, and our pool turned out to be a gorgeous centerpiece for our yard. My husband designed the fountain, and they custom built it exactly like he envisioned. We have already enjoyed getting in the pool, even in the cooler weather. The quality is exceptional, down to every detail. They have continued to work with us even after the construction was completed to ensure our satisfaction, even giving their personal cell phone numbers to remain in close contact. We had a great experience with Gary’s Pool and Patio and highly recommend them—especially our sales rep, Felix Galvan Jr. He was incredibly patient as we researched and debated every option: concrete vs. fiberglass (for months!), chlorine vs. salt water, and whether to choose a separate spa or a shell with a built-in spa. With so many decisions to make, Felix never once rushed us. The pool installation itself was fast, though there was a small lull between the pool construction and the concrete decking. Carlos and Paul were amazing to work with, they both were very accommodating with my schedule and took amazing care of me and my family. The process was quick and easy, we were amazed at how fast they had the pool in and operational. We definitely recommend Gary's pool and patio if you're looking for quality pools and great people to work with. We're in love with how everything turned out. I'm sure all the guys are great to work with, but Carlos Definitely went above and beyond to help us out.

We couldn’t be happier with our new fiberglass pool! From the very beginning, the entire experience was outstanding. Carlos, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. We have had our pool a few years now from Garys and Im Ready to write this review. The TLDR is dont go with them. The longer story is a mess. The entire process of having our pool installed by them was a disaster. They didnt level it correctly, when it failed basic inspect THE FIRST TIME they just sent a group of guys to jump up and down on the corner of it to try and lower it. We paid for premium pool equipment (they put in an easy touch which was EOL vs an intellicenter) they used a pump that was drastically under sized for the pool and cheap valves. The various Crews understood what they needed to do and with only a few minor hiccups, got the job done. This installation process is tough, labor intensive bull-work. The end result came out fine
