Rob is great! I went through several pool companies, and suffered some damage to equipment, before Rob came onboard. Very happy with the service and integrity. I really don't have to worry about the pool. I know he's doing the job as expected and to the best of his ability. That's saying a lot when it comes to pool companies.

My partner lost her last pool guy after he moved, and Rob at Complete Pools Plus was recommended by a friend of ours. He’s been managing the pool for almost the past year and does a fantastic job. He also oversaw the installation of a new auto-timer dual speed pool pump, which was badly needed and which has solved a number of the previous issues that we were having with the pool. Rob is an absolute professional, brings his own self-contained battery-powered suction cleaning system to clean the pool, and has never disappointed us. I absolutely hit the jackpot while looking for a company to help with our pool problem! Rob was extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced! From the first conversation he knew exactly what our pool problem was (phosphates). Rob showed up when he said he would, fixed our problem and took all the time necessary to educate my husband and I. I’m so glad I found Rob and Complete Pools Plus. With Rob, I know everything pool-related will be taken care of. He doesn’t just do the basics; he proactively keeps an eye on things and lets me know if I need some preventive maintenance or repair. I moved out of state for several months, and knew my pool was in good hands. And on top of all this, he’s friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Rob at Complete Pools Plus is the best. Rob has been servicing our pool for over 4 years. Prior to Rob we had numerous pool companies. His main interest is keeping our pool 100% for our safety. Unlike the other companies that would come every week and just dump chemicals in. He vacuums our pool every week .
