We recently bought our first home in Port Orange in September of 2025. This was our very first home with a salt water heated pool. Maria came out to fix my Pentair heater And I got talking with her about converting the pool from chlorine to salt and also having full automation. Maria got right back to me with a quote and I went with ProServe Pools. The installation went as planned, and the pool is now converted to salt. Maria and her teammate did a great job I would highly recommend this company

Absolutely the best! Great to work with from the beginning thru to the end. They listen to your needs and plan the best outcome for you and your pool. Maria and her team replaced the pump and were outstanding. We also had our pool cleaned and refilled and its perfect. The best work and the best people.

Jim was great pinpointing all defects in the grout work and what was needed to be done. He worked up a fair and honest price. Vince came to the pool to do complete the necessary work. He was meticulous with his work and took his time. When he was finished his work and the pool looked great. We will not hesitate to call on ProServe in the future.

Shane was just at our house in New Smyrna and WOW!! He was just there to give us an estimate and ended up getting his Riptide out and doing a total clean!! Needless to say, we hired him on the spot!! Great communication, attitude and work ethic…what else can you ask for?!?! Oh yes and they have AI answering all there calls this company is light years ahead of their competitors!

I contacted ProServe Pools for a repair problem and there office staff immediately took care of us. Had someone out same day addressed the problem and fit us in to handle the job quickly. All the people we worked with were very professional and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing a pool company. W will call them again in the future if needed. Look no further! ProServe Pools is by far the best experience you will have in Florida for any Pool service. I had a complete pool and deck resurface. With most companies the owner does not come out especially after the job done. Shawn made sure all was right, he runs an honest company with good people. I wanted to update my review since ProServe Pools renovated my pool, it looks beautiful. They did an outstanding job with the new tile and blue finish. The workers were very nice.
