Scammers. Started out promising, but then it was clear the focus was not on cleaning the pool, but rather selling unnecessary repairs and parts. This shows in that we had algae growth on the bottom well before the rains from a few weeks ago. We were charged for an algaecide that did nothing and quoted another $250 for a different treatment. This is despite being told all chemicals are included. My chlorinator was leaking. John came out the same day, solved the problem at a great price. He was nice enough to provide advice on some other issues I'm having with the pool. I will 100% be calling him from now on for everything pool related.
We just moved into our new home and had a leak in our pool pump. I called many other places and they were scheduling out a week or more and charging a steep price just to come take a look. I sent a video to JCW’s and they came out the same day and fixed it quickly without charging me a small fortune. Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. We highly recommend. Don’t waste time calling other places!!
