Connected Pools did an outstanding job from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and the pool turned out absolutely awesome, better than I even imagined. What really stood out was their commitment after the job was done. They stood behind their work and made sure to come back and fix anything that needed attention. Every concern or question I had was addressed, and they followed through to make things right. Highly recommend Connected Pools to anyone looking for quality work and a team you can trust!

HORRIBLE. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! While I don't write many reviews--I felt compelled to warn others who are looking for a reputable pool company. Our experience with Connected Pools has been an unmitigated disaster. We moved to Port Saint Lucie in February 2023. We reached out to Connected Pools in December 2022. They were responsive from day 1 and still are a year later from when we started the process. They built us a beautiful pool, spa and tanning ledge with quality materials! Our process couldn’t have gone smoother. The Connected Pools team has been awesome throughout our building experience. Kyle and his team are next level with great communication and the best prices with quality craftsmanship. We shopped around with other pool companies and either didn’t get the proper attention or the job was way overpriced. We also got estimated wait times of 6 months - 1 year. Our Connected Pool built took 45 days from the day they broke ground. They offer turnkey pools with quality lighting, heaters/chillers, and pumps. 5 Star Quality-Communication- Pricing

Working with Connected Pools was a great experience, especially when it comes to communication. The team was always available, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions when possible and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. Even when adjustments were needed, they handled everything professionally and kept the process moving forward.
