We could not be happier with our decision to hire Creative Visions Landscaping to transform our backyard. I must start by saying 5 years ago we hired a contractor to do some work for us and he took off with our money. We sued him and basically won a piece of paper that says he owes us thousands. Having worked with them for years, I always expect excellence, but this time they absolutely knocked it out of the park! Creative Visions did a great job xeriscaping our sidewalk strip! We appreciated the professional design and quality installation. 4* because I had to follow up several times to get scheduled.

I signed a contract with them in Jan 2026 for a landscaping project and Donna has pretty much been unresponsive about when the project is going to start… I’m posting this at end of May. I ask when it might start and they ghost me until I patiently follow up multiple times. I’m finding someone else to do the project. Consider another landscaping company who can actually respond to questions and can do project plans

Top 2 slowest drivers in San Antonio. If you have anywhere to be, do not be within 100 miles from this guys truck. (35mph in a 60mph zone) is that safety or inconveniencing half of New Braunfels. If your trucks can’t handle speed limit with equipment on it then upgrade your trucks.
