Just had some minor repairs done by Crites pools and Donna and Herbert came out and straightened everything out. The pool looks great and in my second year. I do my own maintenance and figured many things out. If there was an issue Mike and Donna really took care of things. An actuator went out and it was replaced quickly. I know some things can go wrong with big projects, but, Crites took the effort to make it right. Recommend.

Update October 11, 2024 My pool has been in service since August 2021 (3 years). I had been experiencing an on/off alarm (relay stuck) on the Omni Controller for the salt generator for about 6 months. Donna, the Crites Pool owner, put me in touch with Hayward Warranty Repair Contractor for my area. She followed up with me and when I told her that I had not been contacted she personally called the Hayward Warranty Executive to expedite the issue. Almost 20 years ago, Crites Custom Pools built our pool to the exact specifications we wanted. We've enjoyed countless hours of relaxation and fun. We decided to remodel our pool this winter with Crites Custom Pools. Keagan, our design consultant, was so friendly and made the process easy! The remodel went fast and smooth! We are very happy with the results and our pool is ready for the summer!

Donna Crites and her team did an extraordinary job remodeling my pool, my deck and other areas of my yard. Crites Custom Pools went above and beyond to make sure I had the look I wanted at the right price and completed on time so I could enjoy it for the summer.
