Late to the pool party but we got a pool from POOL-ology last year and the experience was great. Malik and the team did a great job of communicating with each step of the way. All the work crews were great as well and very respectful. They even helped us navigate a rebate that we were getting from the fiberglass shell company and helped with the process of getti g septic lines moved. Definitely recommend using POOL-ology....10/10!!!

We interviewed a few different pool builders before deciding on Pool-ology, and we are thrilled with our finished pool! Malik created a custom gunite pool design for us, and he was very responsive to various changes to the design that we requested throughout the design phase. Malik helped our vision come to life! Our project superintendent, Kevin, was very responsive and helpful. Kevin checked in frequently with updates and ensured the project moved along in a timely manner. I am so glad we decided on Pool-ology to install our fiberglass pool. It was a seamless process from start to completion. Malik was the first person we met through the process and he was wonderful. All the guys in the crews were great too. Only one hiccup at the end, but it was taken care of once pointed out.

I contacted this company to inspect a pool for cracks and leaks in the walls. I was in the process of buying the house, with closing just a few days away, and I wanted an estimate for repairing all the leaks, including the ones in the walls. At first they told me they would come out and provide a free estimate. A few hours later, I got a call back saying they now wanted a $1,500 deposit just to come out and take a look. To be clear: $1,500 simply to inspect the pool and give an estimate. Charging any fee for an estimate is one thing, but $1,500 to show up and assess a pool is, frankly, hard …

I highly recommend Poolology. I had been using a different pool company for maintenance, but it became clear that my pool was not being properly cared for, and algae had started to grow. I contacted Poolology, and they came out the very next day to begin treating the pool. They were professional, responsive, and immediately got to work.
