WE GOT A POOL!! We went into the idea of building a pool feeling a little insane 😅 — it’s a big decision and an even bigger disruption to daily life. But then Cody came by, and wow — he was able to draw up a vision so quickly that we could finally see it come together. Before we knew it, the ground was dug and the project was underway. With two boy Frenchies and a teenager at home, the four-month process was definitely challenging. Between the early 7 a.m. wake up calls and a few surprises here and there, we did feel moments of stress especially around the holiday season. That’s when Fred, our project manager, truly made a difference. He reassured us every step of the way and kept us grounded when things felt overwhelming. His communication and support reminded us that we were in good hands. Now that it’s all complete, we couldn’t be happier. The temporary chaos was worth it, and our backyard has been transformed into an Oasis, a place where our whole family — pups included — can enjoy. Our experience with Premier Pools has been exceptional! Our first meeting with Lenard to having Kevin as our project manager was beyond our expectations. The entire process was timely, great communication, and attention to detail was spot on! Kudos to Kevin as the best project manner EVER!!!

We are extremely pleased with our fiberglass pool and spa from Premier Pools & Spas. They additionally supported installation of synthetic turf that turned out great. While we had some initial challenges when our original foreman left halfway through the build, our new foreman, Anthony, was outstanding. He lived up to every commitment that was made and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. He even came back without hesitation to help set up and troubleshoot the controls when our internet connection was spotty. Our 5-star rating is truly based on his performance and dedication to customer satisfaction. The only downside was the lack of simple follow-up from the salesperson after the contract was signed. With such a large purchase, we would have expected at least a check-in or two during the process. That said, the final result and Anthony’s support made for a very positive experience overall.

We’ve been really happy with building a pool with Premier. The process has been very easy and seamless, from design and permitting, to excavation and through final finishes. Joe Williams was great with the initial contract details and helping nail down the perfect design, utilizing the space in our yard perfectly for our needs. Our project manager, Kiki Menendez, has been very easy to work with and incredibly accommodating throughout the process. We’ve had several requests not originally discussed during design and he’s been very amenable to help in every situation. The craftsmanship of each trade has been very enjoyable to watch. These crews are very talented and it’s been a treat to see it all come together. Now we’re looking forward to summers outside in Texas which is something that’s never been possible before. Edit: added final pictures, these turned out exactly like the rendering we received during design!

The pool itself is finished and running, and honestly, it looks great. The water is clean, the design looks awesome, and everything functions exactly as it should. The only thing to keep in mind is that the concrete and landscaping around the pool aren’t finished yet, so the area still feels like a work in progress. Once that’s done, it’s going to look incredible and really bring the whole space together. Even now, it’s been gratifying, and I can already tell it’s going to be amazing when the rest is completed.

The team at Premier Pools has been absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations in every way. A special shoutout goes to our Project Manager, Erik, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. His communication was exceptional—always prompt, professional, and proactive in keeping us informed about what to expect next. Erik made what could have been a stressful project feel seamless and enjoyable. Every step of the build was handled with care, attention to detail, and a true commitment to quality. The end result is more than just a pool—it’s our new favorite place to relax and make memories. We couldn’t be happier with the experience or the final outcome. Highly recommend Premier Pools and especially Erik for anyone considering a pool project!
