Almost 20 years ago, Crites Custom Pools built our pool to the exact specifications we wanted. We've enjoyed countless hours of relaxation and fun. Recently, we decided it was time for a facelift, and since we had such amazing service all those years ago, we chose to go back to Crites for our remodel. Once again, they provided everything we wanted and more. Our pool looks like new. Donna and her team were able to complete everything we asked for - under budget and faster than originally estimated! She was quick to respond to all of my questions with patience and care, and always made me feel like I was her most important client. Each phase of the remodel brought more incredible craftsmen to our project. We were thrilled with the quality of work and professionalism that each of the crews - from the removal of the old plaster through the aftercare pool service - brought to the job. I recommend Crites Custom Pools to anyone who wants a new pool or would like to bring new life to an existing one.

Donna Crites and her team did an extraordinary job remodeling my pool, my deck and other areas of my yard. Crites Custom Pools went above and beyond to make sure I had the look I wanted at the right price and completed on time so I could enjoy it for the summer. I would recommend Crites Custom Pools to anyone seeking a great experience working with a contractor who responds to inquiries in a timely manner and who stands by their word!!!! Update October 11, 2024 My pool has been in service since August 2021 (3 years). I had been experiencing an on/off alarm (relay stuck) on the Omni Controller for the salt generator for about 6 months. Donna, the Crites Pool owner, put me in touch with Hayward Warranty Repair Contractor for my area. She followed up with me and when I told her that I had not been contacted she personally called the Hayward Warranty Executive to expedite the issue. A warranty tech came out; however, It took a while to troubleshoot the issue because it was intermittent. The the issue was finally isolated to the actual controller printed circuit board. A new circuit board was installed this week; however, I noticed that the salt ppm level was not being displayed on the Omni Controller. The warranty tech noted that the unit just needed to run for a while. Long story short this was not the case; the Omni Controller was not configured not configured properly for the salt generator by the technician. I called Donna this morning, October 11th, and she came out this afternoon and configured the system for me. Donna actually corrected some configuration items that had not been giving me a problem, but would make the system more efficient. Even after three years she came right out to assist me. Donna truly understands the meaning of Customer Service which is evident by her actions. If you are are looking pool company, I highly recommend Crites Custom Pools. Donna and her company is outstanding. Thank you Donna. Original Post (August 2021) My wife and had a pool designed and installed by Crites Custom Pools the summer of 2021. Crites was professional in every aspect of our project; they were the only companies to provide an itemized quote detailing every cost. The entire Crites team from the project manager and the installation team were easy to communicate with and provided timely updates in the Covid constrained environment. Just had some minor repairs done by Crites pools and Donna and Herbert came out and straightened everything out. The pool looks great and in my second year. I do my own maintenance and figured many things out. If there was an issue Mike and Donna really took care of things. An actuator went out and it was replaced quickly. I know some things can go wrong with big projects, but, Crites took the effort to make it right. Recommend.

We decided to remodel our pool this winter with Crites Custom Pools. Keagan, our design consultant, was so friendly and made the process easy! The remodel went fast and smooth! We are very happy with the results and our pool is ready for the summer!
