Crystal Clear Pools. I am reamending my post yet again. We had some problems with tile falling out and a bit of trouble getting them replaced. But after some very thoughtful conversation with Kurt, we have ironed out the commination problems. Kurt was very responsive to our needs and came out to take a look at the problems we were having and set a plan for everyone to be happy with the outcome. I'm happy to say our Pools looks as beautiful as it did the day they finished renovation. It is wonderful to know Crystal Clear Pools is ready to make it perfect for the customer. Please use Crystal Clear Pools for all your pool needs. Thank you, Kurt and Crystal Clear Pools for everything.

Called twice to talk to someone about a consultation for a pool renovation project. The person who answered the phone was very nice and took down my information, however no one has responded in weeks. I can’t imagine the customer service is much more reliable when the sale has already been made.

Johnny from crystal clear pools and his team were amazing in replacing a very tricky filter on our pool. His communication and follow up were superb. This is why I stay with this company. Thank you for your hard work. Much appreciated.

Johnny was the only person able to find a part for my older pool. I had previously called several companies and was told I needed to spend thousands of dollars to retrofit the pool for modern standards for the drain. Johnny had the part ready to go and I was able to replace the drain cover for the cost of the part. I would definitely use them again for any renovations

Crystal did a beautiful job on our pool resurfacing using PebbleTec. Special shoutout to Jeff, our sales rep, who stayed with us the whole way, and Craig, our startup guy, who answered countless questions during the break-in / startup period. Also, work done was first rate all round. We had a small kerfuffle with the January freeze during the period, but Crystal Clear made it all good for us. They also developed a very smart work-around for a mystery plumbing leak that had been driving us nuts for a while. Recommend!

If you need a pool renovation, you can’t do any better than Crystal Clear Pools and Spa. From their estimator Chris to the office manager Jennifer to our project manager Johny and our pool technician Alex, you couldn’t ask for a more professional, friendly and efficient group. We even had the owner stop by to help troubleshoot a last minute hot tub issue. When Chris came to estimate our renovation (new coping, tile and pebble tech surface), he explained every step of the process, gave a general timeline and offered options for all the surfaces. He was patient and explained all our questions. Jennifer handled the “boring” process of contracts and invoices with a kind and welcoming presence. Johny was a project manager’s project manager. He was on top of everything. His communication with us was stellar both in keeping us updated and answering questions texted or called to him. His crews were excellent and he moved them in and out with ease. The masons and tile crew and their support staff were skilled and performed at a high level. The worksite was cleaned each evening and they were all very good at answering questions as well. I would highly recommend this company.

I worked with Johnny on the repair retiling and resurfacing the pool. He was very responsive and his team did a great job. Because I liked them so much I hired them to do my regular cleaning. Hutch does a great job. He’s the best pool cleaner I’ve had and I have been through many over the years. Always courteous and on time and the pool has never looked better!

Crystal Clear has been the contractor working on our neighborhood pool for over 2 months. There have been endless delays and what seem like excuses. The work has dragged out and been has continuously delayed. The pool has been torn apart and barely getting worked on for a month now. I would not recommend them for serious pool repairs because they are not staffed to complete a project in a timely manner and do not seem to plan ahead to keep a project on time. Also, when I called asking for information / an update, their staff was unnecessarily rude.

Michael came out and replaced the selector valve and did a complete pool cleaning. He was very professional and personable. He even labeled all of my ingress/egress pipes for me, which was a huge help. Pool is sparkling clean, no more leaks, and I have a better plan for pool maintenance going forward thanks to Michael's help. I'll be setting up scheduled maintenance. Awesome job!

We recently renovated a large fountain with Crystal Clear. I'd put off doing the project for a long time, because it was complicated enough that other companies had turned down the project! I was losing hope that I could find someone to tackle the job, anxious that it would be very costly, and I had become convinced that even if I found someone, that the aesthetics would be disappointing. But Crystal Clear was amazing from the first contact through the completion of the project. They approached the challenges with such enthusiasm and a positive attitude--"pool relief," indeed!! And the price they quoted seemed extremely reasonable given the scope of work. As soon as the crew got into the project, it became clear that the solution that we'd agreed upon was just not going to be possible. My heart sank and I again feared the worst! But, once again, Rene and his crew were upbeat and worked incredibly hard to figure out a solution. The project had it all--tricky electrical, reworking drains, patching up masonry, new bond coat and pebble-tec, re-tiling. Rene and his crew did a beautiful job. They were skilled, fast, on time and schedule, reasonable. They are very experienced and it shows in their work. The end result is so much better than I'd ever imagined. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Stop reading and call them now! You'' be glad you did!
