What an awesome experience with Aqua Pools! I don’t think it would be possible without the awesome team you all have. Let’s start with my sales guy, Ryan. Super knowledgeable and responsive for any question I had. Angela was awesome communicator as each day went on. To know Exactly what to expect every day set you guys apart! Crew guys led by Jose!! Awesome. They respected Your property like it was their own. Mike delivering the pool and Jason teaching you how to use everything. And literally coming at 7pm at night because of a silly issue. You guys should be proud of the team you have representing you! I think I spent 2k more just giving them tips because of the work they did! Highly recommend Aqua! And I hope these guys get paid well because they are not ones you want to lose!

They were incredible to work with. Finished our pool and decking in 11 working days. Kirk was awesome explain how everything worked on our salt pool. Ryan was great showing us our options and thing to think about. Angela was on the spot when we had a question during the build. Would highly recommended the entire group.

Very happy with our new fiberglass pool. The process was easy and everything went along well from start to finish. The job was done in such little time we have had to brag about it! We have already been recommending. The maintenance on these are very little also. So glad we decided to go fiberglass. And even the concrete team they work with did such a great professional job. Would definitely do it all again!

We had a great experience with this Aquamarine Pools from start to finish. The quality of work on our pool exceeded our expectations, and everything was completed with professionalism and attention to detail. A special thank you to Jason, Jordan, and Angela, who were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The water feature team built us a beautiful water cascade wall. Overall this company were responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions and keep us informed. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. We’re thrilled with our pool and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service and results.

We researched three fiberglass pool companies and Aqua Pools of Texas was the budget we wanted to pay. Our pool was ordered at the end of July and was scheduled for installation in November. They had an opening in October. Our pool was completed by November 4th!!! and my grandchildren was swimming in it by November 11!!! They were professional, kept in communication with us for every step of the process. They answered additional questions about cleaning the pool when we asked. We had a great experience with Aqua Pools of Georgetown! From start to finish everyone was extremely helpful and made this process seamless! The job was complete in a little over a week once construction began, would definitely recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a pool!

The sales process was great and low/no pressure. Installation was VERY FAST - I think it was completed within a 14 day period with a few gaps in between. The installation was done professionally and there was great communication from the on-site contacts. There were some surprises along the way - original pricing did not include certain "mandatory" items - like natural gas run where you get charged a special "minimum" price, regardless of how close/far your meter is to your equipment. A few costs are included in the contract price, but you are told that they are refundable if challenges aren't hit - like rock cap. Also, wording on contract is a little weird - like "spray deck" shows a price with a note "inc additional cement" - which a normal person would read and think its an all-inclusive price, but its really just credit towards the cost based on a standard 3ft perimeter. Additional cement is charged a rate based on sq ft, which is not normal for cement - usually it's cubic yards, so be careful there - costs can grow beyond a 10% allowance usually expected based on slope. Be sure to confirm pricing in writing prior to work being done. All these challenges could have been avoided with better up-front communication or clearer messaging. The challenges did not affect my satisfaction with the end result. This pool was a dream of mine and AquaPools of Texas made it come true, and I think about that every time I am in it. We had the best experience with Aqua Pools Georgetown. From walking in to their brick and mortar to pool completion, it was a seamless experience. They have a pool to fit every yard and are extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of construction, timelines, soil type, etc. They really are the experts in fiberglass pools. Once they started construction our pool was swim ready within two weeks which was just jaw dropping. They were so easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns we had were met promptly and professionally. Texas summers aren’t going to get any cooler, go get yourself an aqua pool.
