What can I say, no regret working with this family business. Owners frequently come out during the project and are easy to work with. They do quality work, and take time to address any concerns.

We hired Crystal Springs to build a custom pool for us at our home in Lakeway and are so happy we went with them! We got three bids and they weren’t the lowest price but were in the middle of the three estimates and from experience you don’t want to go with the cheapest price, you get what you pay for. What we really liked is that they are a family owned business that are involved the whole step of the way meaning they do all the work. Other pool companies have sales guys and then sub all the work out so there will be delays. Crystal Springs kept the build moving with no delays. The city of Lakeway was the only thing that caused some delays with their permitting and inspection process. I highly recommend Crystal Springs, Erin and Daniel are very knowledgeable and know their stuff when it comes to pools!

Crystal Springs is a fantastic company! Family owned - quality like no other! From design to completion, Daniel is meticulous and Erin incredibly responsive. Our backyard was transformed into an oasis. Crews are respectful and efficient. Would recommend this company without reservation and would build again with them any day!

We had a very positive experience with Crystal Springs Custom Pools. A few months in now, and everything looks great. Eager for the weather to improve so we can really enjoy it!!

I am not sure where to begin or if there is even enough space here to describe what a horrible experience it was working with this company. But I will try. We met with several pool builders and they were definitely the highest price point. We really liked them because of the local, family business aspect and their convincing sales pitch of a promise of extreme care and attention to detail of their work. We regret daily ever walking through their doors and going to that pitch meeting. We are still in this nightmare as we are having to hire out to fix all the problems we are facing with our pool. - the pool coping was poorly installed and then they tried to" fix it" multiple times, but just ended up over sanding, using different color grouts and our coping looks old, worn, and mismatched. - the pebble bottom installation was so uneven, blotchy and terrible that we had to chase down an NPT rep to come to our home as Crystal Springs thought it looked good. The rep agreed with us and said the pool needed to be drained and re-acid washed as it was underexposed. - they installed the auto fill incorrectly as well as different valves the wrong way so the bubblers in the pool and spa don't work properly. - the concrete deck pour was terrible that we had to hire out another company to put an overlay on it because it was so discolored and marked up. - they made excuse after excuse, never taking responsibility for their poor workmanship. they just blamed everyone they hired. If you are reading this RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I do not want anyone else to have to experience this, especially when you are paying top dollar for what you think is going to be the pool of your dreams. Crystal Springs just the best—5 stars+++!!! They built us our dream pool at a competitive price with craftsmanship that far exceeds the industry standard, on time, and with extreme professionalism and courtesy! They were extremely patient with us through the design process and guided us through every step of the build to ensure we were getting the end result we desired. They are even quick to respond to post-build questions, which we occasionally have pop up as 1st time pool owners! We love that they are a local family run business and that we always saw a friendly face accompanying the crews on site to make sure the build went smoothly. We just finished construction of our pool with Crystal Springs and could not have been happier with the process or the finished product. This is a local, family-owned company and it is clear they take great personal pride in their work. Their attention to detail was very impressive, including cleaning-up every single night before they went home. Daniel, the owner, even came over late one evening to move a pile of dirt because it was scheduled to rain overnight, and he didn't want it making a mess. How great is that? They took time to address any concern I had and really made sure we had the best finished product possible. I can't say enough good stuff about them. They are the best.

There may be many companies that get five stars, but this one truly deserves to be among the best of those excellent firms. The entire design and construction process could not have been any better. We got the design we wanted, and they added helpful suggestions as the design progressed that made it much better. Their long experience shone through in the good advice they gave us. The construction was top-tier, no long delays, and owner was there every day overseeing every single aspect of the construction. The beautiful pool was finished very timely and there were no major issues. Any problems that came up were dealt with quickly and personally, they didn't tell us to call someone else. Over a year later, owner still comes out personally to fix whatever minor problems I encounter. I have done business with hundreds of companies over my career and my life, and this project was one of the most pleasant, top-quality, excellent value, and superb service that I have seen. You won't get much in the way of slick presentation, glossy brochures, or hype like that. You will get a great pool and a great experience at a reasonable price, from a company run by very honest and decent people. I doubt you won't be sorry if you go with Crystal Springs Pools.
