Genuinely disgusted with this company and the owner. I've been trying to work with them for over three weeks after they replaced a liner in my pool and didn't reinstalled the stairs. I was also promised to be shown how to treat the pool and use chemicals but was never given instructions nor the chemicals to do so, nor any documentation to do as such. I asked them to reinstall the stairs, and they came days later, but didnt install them properly. The side rail to the stairs was never connected and posed an impale risk to my children. Additionally, they ripped the liner in the process of install…
Seems disinterested. Didn’t return calls. If you run a business, at least return the call, especially if you say you’ll call right back. Unprofessional. Do not waste your time.
