The patio was done in a timely matter but not even two months after completion it already has superficial cracks in it which is very disappointing. The patio was also over 6 inches taller than expected which caused us to have at least a foot step down to the yard from the patio.

The stairs project couldn’t have turned out better. They were the 3rd one to give an estimate, and I could tell right away Delaney was going to be perfect for this job, just by the things our estimator was noticing on that first visit. They were very easy to deal with and very professional. And priced better than the others because they didn’t have to rent equipment. We’re very happy with the new stairs.

This was one of the best experiences we've had with a contractor! We had a slab put in for our shed and they offered the best price. They started when they said they would and finished the same day! The slab looks great and they were so polite and professional! They stuck to the estimate they gave us and didn't up the cost at the last minute, like some do. They went above and beyond, which is so very rare these days! I would highly recommend them to anyone! A+++

While we haven't used this company, we watched them pour the driveway and sidewalks at our neighbor's house. They are the first ones of all the concrete projects in this neighborhood who lifted the re-rod as they poured and floated the concrete. It's actually rod, not a roll of fencing wire like ours. The house is wrapped in plastic, including the downspouts to keep concrete from splashing up on the siding and garage doors. They also have a container for truck clean out instead of just piling the leftover concrete on the ground for the homeowner to take care of. We also watched them measure…

I have been working with Delaney Concrete for the past couple of years on multiple projects, and my experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism, quality of work, and business ethic leaves me and my clients pleased time and time again. Delaney Concrete recently completed a project for us, and we couldn't be happier. They replaced a broken, sunken 20-foot sidewalk slab, as well as a walkway leading from our driveway to the kitchen. Both of their workers were amazing. They showed up early and worked incredibly hard in nearly 100-degree heat. They displayed excellent attention to detail and made sure to consult with us whenever they had questions. I can't recommend them enough!

Layed down boards to protect grass, removed 14x16 patio and replaced with 16x22. Spent extra time to ensure concrete surface was smooth. I would use them again for any concrete work.
