From the beginning stages of thinking about building, to the final walkthrough, we loved our experience with Panther Builders. The whole team was a pleasure to work with, listened to our preferences and had helpful suggestions along the way. We felt like our ideas and wants were made a priority, and they delivered exactly what we wanted and envisioned. Mason was incredibly attentive and quick and easy to communicate with. Any changes we made were easy to navigate, and the pricing and the schedule was always very transparent. We could not be happier with the process and the final results.

We purchased a home built by Panther Builders and are now in year two, and we couldn’t be happier. The home is absolutely beautiful and has exceeded our expectations. Mason, the general contractor, was incredible to work with. He was responsive, reassuring, and always willing to help. Even after closing, he has continued to be available for any questions we have had, which has given us so much peace of mind. Every detail feels thoughtfully done, and you can tell this home was built with care. Mason alone is a huge reason we would choose to build with Panther Builders again. We love our home!

My wife and I built our Ashley plan with Panther Builders in Cedar Falls in 2022, and overall we had a really positive experience throughout the process. The Panther team did a great job making the process feel organized and manageable from start to finish. One of the things we appreciated most was the communication. I have contacted the city and a phone number I was given to the person who I was told was in charge of this new development, I have called numerous times and no one answers I have left voicemails and no call backs, this is what my driveway looks like after heavy rain, I have cleaned it up twice, and every time it rains the mud slides right back, how would you like it if you came home to this every day for the last 2 weeks? Throughout the process, their team was knowledgeable and always willing to share the information they had, which helped us feel confident in the decisions we were making. When deciding to move to the area from out of state we checked out several builders. Panther was our choice and we have no regrets. They worked with us from choosing the lot to paint colors and everything in between. Mason was exceptionally helpful throughout the process and we are very grateful for all that he has done.
