I contracted with Denver Patio Masters on February 20th after a very long sales process in which the quoted price changed dramatically over the course of roughly two hours, eventually dropping from around $28,000 to $12,000. Nick Sartini was a great pleasure to work with. When we first met with him, we had many small desires that we wanted to improve the house. He helped us to come up with design plans and costs and to make choices about what features we really wanted. He listened to us, gave us ideas and helped us find financing. My wife has mobility issues and Nick took that seriously in designing a solution. A must read if you are thinking about Denver Patio Masters. I have two main things to say about DPM and our backyard patio project: First off, DPM does not do any of the work themselves (besides sales and purchase of supplies), they contract ALL of the work. The workers were often taking pictures throughout the project to send updates. I learned after all of our work was done that Nick, our sales rep, was the project manager for the project. Denver Patio Masters took our sad, splintering wood deck and turned it into an actual grown-up outdoor space. We did a full demo and replaced it with an expanded concrete patio and a pergola with a retractable screen, and the quality is obvious the second you walk out the back door.
