I was very pleased with the work that Jesus Sanchez and Jose Ramirez did. The work involved correcting an uneven pavement, and lifting and filling spaces in the garage and driveway. This was a big job. Jesus and Jose were prompt, pleasant, and professional. They worked very efficiently, and informed me of the different tasks being performed. I’m glad that I chose GroundWorks.

Super friendly and patient staff. No high pressure sales. When the crew (Jose Campos, Wazir Mohammed and Brayan Aguirre) came over to install a sump pump and fix a drainage problem around our house, they were flexible and patient with our concerns and brainstormed solutions to address them. To fix our drainage problem they dug a ditch under our launch so our downspout would lead water away from the house. They patched the lawn so well that you can hardly see they were there. Installing our sump pump required breaking up our tile floor and removing some shelves above the sump. They told us this…

I am really happy with the work the Groundworks crew did on our back patio. One of our concrete slabs had sunken by about 5 inches, and really inhibited from using our patio well. Kenne provided us with a quote and explained the full process, covering many of my questions without my needing to ask. The work crew, Eric and Juan, were both friendly, got the job done promptly (but still with care). They even touched up the caulking that they piped after my toddler ran through it while it was still wet 🤦‍♀️ Our patio is now level and we can enjoy sitting at our outdoor table without the chair …

Mark Odell from Groundworks came out to my house this morning to inspect some garage floor and driveway cracks. He was very knowledgeable, explained his process, performed his analysis quickly and precisely and delivered his results verbally to me. Though I felt he could have recommended more work to do as a result of his review, he only recommended what he thought made sense if it was his house. My experience with this company was truly exceptional. They had the technical expertise to handle a difficult job on a 123 year-old cabin structure without causing any damage. And, the customer service and communication with me were impeccable. But, what I found most remarkable was how positive, supportive and respectful each and every employee I interacted with were with me, and with each other. This extended from the receptionist, to the engineers, to the supervisor, to the workers (Andrew, Nano, and Robert). I cannot recommend this company more highly.
