We had a great experience with Des Moines Deck. We met with Misty and Junior to walk through replacing our deck and they thoroughly explained the process. I appreciated them taking the time to answer all my questions. Replacing a deck can be a stressful process, but Junior and team made it easy. They were professional, transparent with pricing, and always available to answer our questions. The finished deck looks incredible. Des Moines deck did a fantastic job on our deck reconstruction- they had the old one torn down and were finished in 3 days, it was truly remarkable how quickly and efficiently they turned it around! The project manager, Junior, was a great communicator and kept me updated along the way. They had it done ahead of schedule and on budget. The process of getting bids and checking ratings was overwhelming, and with any expensive project it was anxiety inducing, ultimately you want to feel like you get what you paid for, and I can honestly say that was the case with Des Moines deck. Wow! What an amazing company to work with! Getting a quote was super fast and they were able to come and meet with us within a couple days to better understand our needs. DJ and Misty made the process simple. Then, the crew came out to do the work and were so easy to work with.
