The sales people were easy to talk to. No pressure. The installers and everyone at the company communicated as promised! The installers were efficient, experienced, and did a great job getting the hot tub set in place and answering any questions we might have.
We chose Swimming Pool Supply Co for their Master Spa USA made quality Swim Spa for their incredible reputation for high quality products! We had been looking for years, and finally decided it was the perfect size for our family & for overall exercise benefits for swimming & rowing! Have really enjoyed working with this company from purchase to install and even minor adjustments and learning on the first day of use. Ben, Chris and Berto did an amazing job installing my new tub and helping me get it up and running as smoothly as possible!
Deb is amazing to work with!! She answered every question we had and she helped us along the way! No pressure sales with this company! Delivery went perfect and now we are ready for our hybrid cover to come in but in the mean time SPS made sure we had a cover to use till ours gets here! Great customer service! Delivery guys made sure they placed it exactly where we wanted it! They also went through set up instructions and answered all questions we had! So glad we bought from SPS and looking forward to many years enjoying our H2X 21D from Master Spas.
Our family wouldn’t shop anywhere for a pool and supplies other than Swimming Pool Supply in Grimes. Deb S is my go-to girl for recommendations and their entire team is just the best! When I’m ready for a sauna, that will be my place to shop as well! 😄
Nothing but problems... 1) we purchased a pool late last fall - they told us that they didn't have any more slots for installation nor did they know who next year's installer would be - good luck. 2) Even though we had to find our own installer, no offer of discount whatsoever. 3) Our pool is 34 feet long, the package came with a 25ft vacuum hose 4) We had an installer graciously come from Council Bluffs to do the install - they did really well.
