From start to finish, under 4 months, everyone from sales to sign off, highly highly highly recommend DSP. All communication was through email (good for paper trail) and responses were very prompt. All the workers were did a great job, even in the heat. Any issues were promptly addressed. If you want quality built pool, DSP is THE choice.

Home run - hire them! They came in to clean up an incredibly messy, half-finished remodel that another contractor abandoned. From start to finish, comms were excellent, schedules adhered to, and their workmanship was outstanding. After 2 years of the first contractor failing, Desert Soul finished the project in weeks. Couldn't leave a stronger recommendation for this team!

Desert Soul is an amazing pool builder! We couldn’t be happier with the final result. From design to finish, Desert Soul was great. Communication was excellent, every question or concern was answered along the way. The crews cleaned up the work site every day before leaving and the attention to detail is top notch. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great pool builder. They also did all the landscaping in the yard. We now have an incredible oasis to enjoy! Desert Soul built our pool almost 3 years ago. They did a great job, stayed on schedule, did everything they said they would do and the workmanship is beautiful. I'm writing a review now, because we were having a vacuum issue that I couldn't figure out. I emailed the service department and Sebastian replied back right away. He came out the next day investigated the problem and even brought a tech out from Pentair. It ended up being a filter issue that was caused by cleaning tile film off that clogged the filters. Great experience throughout the entire process. The pool packages are great values and Laione created a design that looks great and fit within my budget. Kim provided regular updates on the progress and next steps. The construction team consistently showed up when they said they would and I was amazed at how fast they were able to complete the entire project, right in the 6-8 weeks they estimated. The office experience was great. It’s all family owned and operated. Once it comes time to the actual construction there are pros and cons. They are great communicators. Very efficient however once the construction leaves the hands of the owners son, there are problems. Gary (son) is great the sub contractors are fine it’s the foreman that you might get stuck with who works for desert sol that’s the issue. He doesn’t do a thing. He’s a used car salesman. Talks a game but doesn’t know how to play it. So you end up having to go back to the company and get Gary back out to fix issues or the owner…
