I was introduced to Diamond Pools by a contractor who did our pool patio. John from Diamond Pools was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable about our pool and equipment. His service, communication and timeliness is excellent. Highly recommend!!

Drew is fantastic. He saved our pool after sand got in it, ever since then we have been using him for openings, closings, and some cleanings. Great guy and easy communication. Highly recommend giving diamond pools a shot!

Drew opened our pool after another company had improperly closed it for us prior. He was honest, knowledgeable and prompt from start to finish! Was very happy with our experience using Diamond Pools :)

Drew has been phenomenal. When they first came out the pool was as green as can be. Almost July, and this is the first "stress free" pool season I've had. Hire Drew and Diamond pool service. You won't regret it.

Contacted Drew about replacing filter pump for inground pool. he returned my call immediately and said he would text me that evening with suggested pump and cost of replacement. Did not hear from him. Texted 3 days later to find out price. Told me it would be $1900 for pump, installation. fittings and labor. I said OK, even though the price seemed high, because I was having trouble finding anyone to replace the pump. Asked if he had availability in 2 weeks since I would be away. He said he was available and then said "let me get price with the exact pump you have". Never heard from him again.…
