I have had a very positive experience with this pool company. Both my previous account manager, Amy French, and my current account manager, Harry Carter, have done excellent work. Amy was responsive, professional, and helpful in managing the account, and Harry has continued that same high level of service. He has been clear, courteous, and easy to work with, which makes the process much smoother. Overall, I appreciate the professionalism, communication, and reliability, and I would be happy to recommend them.

These guys are the real deal. Best pool company out there for pool opening and closing, weekly maintenance, and repairs. Professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented and very nice.

I wish I'd heeded the warnings of the other reviews. This company is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I had techs going into my back yard without my consent, and they did not complete the original service because I didn't want to keep dealing with them. Now, I have an "invoice due" and haven't been able to get ahold of anyone in the office. The location on Google Maps just off of Salem Street is not staffed, it looks like a ghost town here. I'm not comfortable sending off my valuable payment information, and was hoping to get my account current in a way that feels safe. It doesn't …

Sweetwater Pool Service deserves the highest possible ranking for flawlessly completing a complex pool renovation project that required replacement of infrastructure, the installation of a new pool liner, the removal of outdated features, and the relocation of filtering equipment - in the midst of a complete refurbishing of our patio. Chuck, Harry and their team worked seamlessly with the masonry contractor to complete this project before the promised completion date. We used Sweetwater for our entire summer and I am proud to say we are really happy with the service. The staff is awesome, great to work with and respectful. Closing for the winter was great.

Just writing a quick review to say how grateful we are for Tim and Alex. Great guys and so helpful. Just nice folks who clearly care about there profession and took the time to explain everything to me so I can understand it. Highly recommend these guys.
