I can't recommend Dolphin Pool and Spas enough! I was in the market for a new hot tub as my existing one was about 18 years old. I had reached out to a couple other hot tub dealers, and both left me feeling like they weren't interested in my business. I called Dophin after seeing them on Facebook Marketplace and although they're over an hour away, I was thrilled to learn they service Harrison. We recently had an inground pool installed by Dolphin Pool & Spa, and overall we are very happy with the experience. The pool turned out beautiful, and the team was professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. We are excited to enjoy it with our family for years to come. The only area that fell short of our expectations was the concrete work, which was completed by a subcontractor. We saw that Dolphin Pool and Spa had great ratings so we went there first to look at hot tubs. From the minute we walked in to delivery and set up of our hot tubs we knew we didn’t need to look any further! Everyone was low pressure, but so informative and helpful. They were always available to answer questions. We are so happy with our purchase!!

Our experience with Dave at Dolphin Pool and Spas was absolutely 10/10! We couldn’t recommend the company or him enough. Our Airbnb stays booked solid which caused us a lot of stress when we found out our hot tub was having issues. Dave’s prompt diagnosis, feedback, communication, and resolution helped us get the hot tub up and running so quickly that we circumvented a lot of guest complaints. He was professional and helped keep us in the know and educate us through his work. Need to point out that customer service is the best I have received than any other Spa place I have been at/called/Emailed. Even the installers were professional and explained everything they could. We had a problem with starting one of the seats Jets to start. The owner drove 2.5 hours to show us how to operate the spa we had and even did some adjustments to the circulation pumps while there.
